Even before I became a blown-up doll or a penguin (just as how Ron teases me), I have always been a couch potato. Leave me with a bag of chips, sodas to drink, TV series and movies to watch, I am definitely ready to battle up a boring Saturday afternoon.
Now that I stay home all the time, I was getting more and more peculiar about this TV series that is surrounded by beautiful girls and hot lads. It’s neither Gossip Girl nor NCIS that I’m talking about here. I’m talking about Pretty Little Liars.
Starred by young and fresh new faces, these girls definitely rocked the screen with thrill and at the same, a hint of glamour. It’s all about a circle of four high school girls who struggles to break the mystery of their good friend’s murder. Too bad, the murder victim was so full of secrets and lies that made it very hard to connect the dots.
A story full of lies, deceit, mystery and secrets, this TV series is definitely perfect. Even Ron who is a zombie fanatic was hooked up without me dragging him to watch it.
As of writing, I’m still stuck to season 1 and currently, this series is on their 2nd season already I guess. I just don’t want to do much of a research to avoid spoilers that might change my mind. It’s definitely worth watching! It’s a mix of Gossip Girl and CSI indeed. And their fancy clothes plus their make-ups is definitely a bonus to us girls who are so into glamour!
