Festival Queen

Cebuanos (Filipinos who lives in Cebu) are jam-packed with so many activities as early as December. Aside from Christmas, people are already preparing for the biggest and brightest street party in the Philippines ever, the Sinulog Mardi Gras.

Sinulog is a celebration we offer to Snr. Sto. Nino. This is the time when Cebuanos reunite strongly.
