To Dial Press *8 then 2 Digit Transfer Code then Press #.

After you dial the appropriate transfer code, wait on the line for another agent.

After the new agent agrees to take the call, enter *7. This will connect the customer to the new agent.

Press Release To Drop your side on call. Transfer code Function

*8 Set the call to transfer mode.

*4 Put the caller on Hold Consult and Transfer-H.

*7 Remove the caller from hold.

**9 Drop the target party (for misdial, and so on).
